Terms of Service

The agreement

ReferralReady is provided by Seddon Digital (Australia) ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The service

ReferralReady drafts weekly networking presentations with AI, provides practice tools, and gives feedback on recorded practice runs. AI output is a draft — you are responsible for what you actually say at your meeting, including its accuracy.

Free tier and subscriptions

New accounts include 3 free script generations plus a small allowance to try everything else. Paid plans (monthly or annual, prices shown in AUD including GST) lift that to a monthly allowance well above normal use — see Fair use below — and add the Planner. Payments are processed by Stripe. We'll email you a reminder before each renewal.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time from your account — your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't offer pro-rata refunds for change of mind. If you delete your account, any active subscription is cancelled immediately without refund. If something is genuinely broken on our side, contact support and we'll make it right.

Optional community contribution

If you add the optional community contribution to your subscription, we donate that amount in full to our chapter's nominated not-for-profit partner. Contributions are part of your subscription payment to us and are not tax-deductible donations by you.

Fair use

Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and every account has daily limits on the features that cost us money to run — writing scripts, transcribing recordings, coaching practice runs and searching for prospects. We set these well above what preparing your own presentations takes: presenting once a week, with practice, uses a small fraction of a paid allowance.

If you do reach your monthly allowance, writing and practising your weekly presentation keep working — the discretionary extras pause until the 1st of the next month. We publish real numbers rather than promising “unlimited” and throttling quietly, and if you have a genuine reason to need more, contact us and we'll sort it out. What the allowance does not cover is automated scraping, resale, or generating content for third parties at scale.

Your content

Your profile, inputs and generated scripts are yours. You give us permission to process them to run the service (see the Privacy Policy).
